wanderings in the red rock
day 1
best spring break in the history of spring breaks.
we loaded up the trailer and headed to moab.
we were in search of warm weather and serenity
and found both in the shadows of the la sal mountains.
we camped along the colorado river at goose island.
the kids got a feel for the slick rock adjacent to camp
we went into town that night for some pizza at zax.
may we recommend the "bbq chicken" and the "tree hugger".
next morning we took a short walk to see courthouse wash rock art panel while we anticipated meeting up with our good friends brian and alina murdock and kids.
