Sorry. Been there, done that. Hitting the gym always seems to help. At least for a time. Hope you're back to yourself soon. :)
Holy Cow...I was in the biggest funk for the last few weeks...I feel like I'm finally starting to get out of it. I don't know what works (I guess it depends on exactly what's wrong.) Some times you just have to make some goals, and push through it. Good luck! Oh..and mad loads of ice cream and movies..that helps too!
Ha! Ha! Actually, that is an amazing picture of you! It is worth framing.Funk. Funk. Funk. I think I have to realize it is OK to be in a funk. Sometimes we are trying so hard to get out of it...that it gets more frustrating. So, embrace the funky.I think the important thing to realize this too shall pass. It won't last long, and you will be feeling better in no time.OH, and life is sucky sometimes. HOWEVER.I have realized my funkilisciousness is always hormonal. Or iron depleted. Once I got that under control= Whoop! Whoop! The movie, YES, MAN. Oh.my.gosh. This took me from drab to fab in 1.75 hours! I started saying YES! to every opportunity and I am SHOCKED at how much fun my life became. Also, ridiculous movies that you would be embarrassed if anyone saw you rent: A big bowl of popcorn, and a fun person = SUPASTAR! (hint. hint.)Sign me,Funk on a deck. Sometimes.
