SWIMMING IN THE POND AND JUMPING OFF BRIDGES
Once he made up his mind he was up on the rail and off he went. He jumped so quick we barely caught him going into the water on the video.
Bridger's look of satisfaction after completing the jump was awesome!!
Mckray wanted to try the bridge but we decided the dock was a better idea!
It was a beautiful day!!

SWIMMING LESSONS AND GOLF CAMP
Bridger in pefect form!Mckray conquering the diving board.
Mckray had to swim the length of the pool this year without stopping and it made him very nervous. We talked to him about doing his best and I told him that he could pray for help. As I was driving to lessons I turned around to check on him and this is what I saw.

THE LUCKIEST
We didn't make it home till about 2:30 am. so after some rest and hanging out most of the day we headed off to have some dinner at Archibald's. The reason that we went there was for nostalgia purposes. That was where we went on our first date/dance...the ever popular Christmas dance 19 yrs. before. We talked about how weird it is to have known each other this long and how we fell so hard for each other and that we both feel like we are still FALLING..... We are still so much in love and really enjoy being together. We laugh alot and just like to be silly and I love that. We feel so lucky and blessed to have each other in our lifes. We feel like we were made for each other. We just FIT!!! It was a really fun and mellow anniversary. Just a day to suit us both.

ICE, ICE BABY
Regan and I hadn't been ice blocking for years so we thought it would be fun to take the kids and let them try it. We invited the Hopkins, bought some blocks of ice and set off to Rock Canyon Park.
Getting a wet butt was part of the experience.
Getting ready for a little healthy sister competition!!!
The boys named their blocks of ice.
Mckray's: Lightning McQueen
Bridger's: Ice Breaker
Uncle Bob: Blue Cruizer
Regan: Screamin' Eagle

DINNER IN THE MOUNTAINS
Bridger was our fire starter. He did a fantastic job!!
We heard an owl hooting in the trees and were trying to get the boys to hear it. Both of our boys are hearing impaired and wear hearing aides but neither of them had them in. Bridger actually heard it but Mckray couldn't and after awhile some cows came into our camp and started mooing really loud and he didn't see them and started yelling "Mom, Dad I hear the owl." Oh we laughed pretty hard at that because you can either laugh about it or cry. What a cute little boy.

PLAYING IN THE SUNSHINE
The two boys enjoying being outside.
We missed Bridger swimming, he went to stay with his cousin for a couple days. It seems like it just keeps getting harder and harder to have the WHOLE family together. We are hitting a new phase of life where our kids aren't always with us. We don't see that changing anytime soon so we will just take advantage and really enjoy it when we are ALL together.

4TH OF JULY CELEBRATION
On the way home from the cabin there was a brief delay coming down the canyon. We later found out that a small grass fire had caused the holdup. Hurray to the fireman who put it out rather quickly!
